Join us in this online course for 8 weeks in CMI’s foundational teacher training classes. You will be joining a small cohort of educators for a rigorous study of Mason’s ideas and learning what it looks like in practice.
This intensive course expedites the teacher training process, setting you up for immediate implementation. An experienced instructor facilitates virtual discussions where you learn together with other teachers. Targeted readings are scheduled from our spine text, When Children Love to Learn, and additional articles CMI conference lectures, videos, and other resources are provided. Each week builds on the ideas of relational education and discussions focus on how to apply it in teaching students in varied settings. A deep dive into Mason’s philosophy creates a foundation for practical application. Register today as spaces are limited.
Guided assignments are accessed on the CMI digital learning platform for reading, watching, reflecting, and responding and culminate in a weekly virtual discussion. Weekly written responses and attendance at discussion is required.
